Assalamualaykum all..

so many of you have may realised that this blog isnt just for my art, rather I use it to update on things I have read and thought subhanAllah, what a wonderful read, so I place it into my blog so that others can benefit aswell inshAllah. And as you know if I have not written the piece I do mention it. But subhanAllah iv been doing a lot of learning recently. All I seem to want to do nowadays is study the deen so that I am able to educate myself for the sake of Allah and then pass it onto others inshAllah.

Alhamdulillah I am really enjoying the strive I make to learn more, at times it can be a bit bothersome to get to the course but to know and remember for every step one takes for the sake of Allah and to gain knowledge then they will be rewarded.

SubhanAllah its amazing how much one can learn there is so much. Recently an uncle of mine in his mid 40′s attended an al kauthar course with me and subhanAllah now hes hooked. This is the blessing of Allah and once you make that first step the attachment and drive to seek knowledge will only increase.

I dont think I could imagine myself not going to my courses anymore, otherwise there will be an empty gap in my heart and I would really feel it. Its just a part of me. Recently I went to two courses taught by Sheikh Tawfique Chowdhury and it really is amazing to realise how much YOU DONT KNOW and HOW MUCH THERE IS TO GAIN. All these courses, the material is not just for you to attend the course then leave it in the book and not go back to it. The best way to remember and implement it is to go through it and practice it inshAllah. Alhamdulillah not am i only benefiting from it through that route but I am starting to teach what I have gained and its such good practice and you only want to learn and practice more.

And inshAllah in due time as I finish university this summer I shall continue with my Islamic studies and teach more. One can make so many plans, its with the right intention is what gets you through them.

On the note of my art, as you may have noticed I havnt done any in a while. This is due to being so busy with final year university work so inshAllah when I get the chance ill get back into it.
